Procurement Planning and Guidance on the use of these Documents
The procurement & Contract template documents on this procurement portal have been developed as part of a joint project between FNQROC & Ochre Legal to promote consistency across the FNQ region. The documents are subject to copyright and are not to be distributed without approval.
Any future updates or changes to these documents will be communicated to Council Procurement Coordinators and updated on this portal.
All of the documents, regardless of the procurement process or project, are designed with a similar structure and are comprised of the following parts, and the parts are to be read and construed together:
- Parts 1-3 – Tender Information and Conditions of Tendering
- Part 4 – Scope and/or Specification documents
- Part 5 – Contract (General Conditions of Contract or Standard Terms and Conditions)
- Part 6 – Response Schedules
Ensure that you consult with the relevant procurement personnel within your Council for guidance if you are unsure.

- Probity-and-Evaluation-Plan-Short-Form-.docx - this document should be used to ensure that probity issues are considered prior to the commencement of a procurement process.
