  • If raising a purchase order (without a fully signed contract), refer to the Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services - (Note, the Contract (General Conditions of Contract) and the Standard Terms and Conditions are the same but the Standard Terms and Conditions do not contain the Formal Instrument of Agreement or the execution clauses)
